The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the competition.
Entries must be received by 30 September 2010.
No responsibility can be accepted for corrupted emails or those not received, or those without ‘Kenya holiday’ in the subject line.
Only one entry per person. People who repeatedly enter the same competition will be disqualified.
The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules.
The winner will be drawn at random on 7 October 2010.
The holiday prize is not transferable nor can it be postponed.
It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they have comprehensive travel insurance cover, valid passports, visas and inoculations prior to beginning their journey.

All extras (such as drinks, items from the shop, spa treatments, phone, email charges and laundry) will be charged and payable direct to the hotels/lodges on departure.
All airport taxes and connections are the responsibility of the prize-winner.
The prize includes a holiday for a party of up to 2 adults and 2 children (up to and including 11 years old) in two rooms, return Economy class flights from the UK via Dubai to Nairobi with Emirates Airline, transfers in Kenya and game drives, 1 night’s accommodation on bed and breakfast, 5 nights’ accommodation on full board, 3 nights’ accommodation on half board. Depart from Heathrow, Gatwick, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle or Glasgow.
The holiday cannot be taken during the following dates: 08/12/ 2010 to 03/01/2011 and 15/07/2011 to 15/08/2011. The holiday must be completed by 07/12/2011.
If the winner wishes to extend the holiday (i.e. add extra nights) or increase the party size, or bring children over the age of 11, then Somak Holidays will provide a quotation.
Prizes are subject to availability (and Somak, Serena and Emirates own terms and conditions).
There are no cash alternatives.
Winners will be notified via telephone by 14 October 2010. Winners’ names will be available after that date by sending an SAE to Kenya Holiday Competition, Forward Group, 84-86 Regent Street, London, W1B 5RR.
If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of the prize winner being notified it will be redrawn and awarded to the new winner.
Winners agree to their names and photographs being used for promotional purposes.
