This diverse reserve situated between Lake St Lucia and the Indian Ocean affords you the opportunity of seeing rhino, elephant, buffalo, leopard as well as sightings of samango monkey, bushbuck, reedbuck, suni, side striped jackal and the reserve is also known for great birding.

Highlights include an open safari vehicle game drive in a reserve next to St Lucia town with great photo opportunities in open grasslands where you have the chance to see animals not normally seen elsewhere.
