DAY 1 TUESDAY ASWAN
Transfer to the Oberoi Zahra cruise boat for check in.
After lunch visit the High Dam and then proceed to
the Philae Temple. Overnight: Aswan. (l,d)
DAY 2 WEDNESDAY ASWAN
After breakfast, free time to visit Abu Simbel (can be
pre-booked or payable locally). After sunset visit the
Philae Temple to watch the Sound and Light Show.

DAY 3 THURSDAY ASWAN
After breakfast visit the twin Temple of Kom Ombo.
One side of the temple is dedicated to the crocodile
God Sobek, God of fertility. The other side is
dedicated to the Falcon God Haroeis, also known as
Horus the Elder. Sail back to Aswan. After lunch visit
the Botanical Gardens by felucca (an Arabian boat). A
cocktail reception and entertainment awaits you on
Mango Island. Dinner on board the boat. Overnight:

DAY 4 FRIDAY EDFU
Sail to Edfu. Before dinner visit the Temple of Edfu, the
best preserved temple of the ancient world, dedicated
to Horus the Falcon God. Overnight: Edfu. (b,l,d)
DAY 5 SATURDAY LUXOR
Sail to Luxor and visit Karnak Temple and Luxor
Museum. Overnight: Luxor. (b,l,d)
DAY 6 SUNDAY QUINA
Transfer to the West Bank after breakfast, and explore
the West Bank of ancient Thebes. Visit the Valley of
the Kings, with its royal tombs and the temple of
Madinat Habu. On your return, stop at the Colossus of
Memnon. Sail to Quina. Travel to Dendarah to visit the
Temple of Dendarah, dedicated to Hathor, goddess of
music, love and joy. Enjoy a farewell reception at the

DAY 7 MONDAY LUXOR
Sail to Luxor. Cross the West Bank to visit the Nobles
Tomb and Dair El Madina. This is the site of a very
special workmen's village, whose craftsmen built and decorated the tombs of the Pharaohs in the Valley of
the Kings and the Temple of Hatshepsut. After lunch,
spend the afternoon shopping and visiting the Luxor
Temple. Overnight: Luxor. (b,l,d)
DAY 8 TUESDAY DISEMBARK
Disembark the cruise boat after breakfast.
