Windhoek

Windhoek, the capital of Namibia, is located in a basin between the Khomas Highland, Auas and Eros Mountains. It is the start and end point for most visitors. Very much a German influenced city with an African feel.

The city offers a fair amount of cafés and restaurants where German food dominates but with a Namibian influence.
